The Scene is a web series in two twenty-episode seasons about warez groups and the people in them, told almost entirely through on-screen text: IRC channels, instant messages, mail and FTP windows that the viewer reads rather than hears. The databases that list it leave the plot fields blank. These are the missing synopses, reconstructed from every episode's screen text and audio.
They are written for someone who has watched the series, or doesn't mind knowing how it ends.

How it was made
Every episode was sampled every three seconds and read with OCR, and the spoken parts were transcribed with Whisper. The pipeline, its known limits, and why the recovered text itself isn't published are in the repository.
Season 1 has since been checked a second time against the actual video, not just the OCR sweep it was first drafted from — see what that pass found. Season 2 hasn’t had it yet.
